Personality Profiling Survey Input Form

An INSIGHT For You...

Your Personality Profiling form is not a test... It is not a measure of your Intelligence, or Values, or Skills or experience or your Education & training.

It is profiling based on the DISC Universal Language of Observable Human Behaviour.
There is no "right" answer or "best" profile to be!

The DISC language DOES measure:

Behaviour and Emotions

The DISC language is:
An observable language
A universal language
A neutral language
A silent language

It helps you find your strengths and encourages you to look at the possible limitations to your behaviour.

You must have a desire to bring out the best in others and to win through a people focus

Your answers are matched to the responses of hundreds of thousands of possible combinations of answers to create a highly personalized report that highlights your preferred behaviour, limitations and strengths.

The following 24 groups contain four phrases, all of which describe behaviors you do sometimes. This profile will record how you see yourself most and least often – not how you WISH you could be. Be honest with yourself to get the most accurate report.

Choose only two answers – for the MOST answer, choose the ONE behavior you see yourself most frequently doing when you are feeling good about yourself and know you are doing a good job. Then choose the ONE that LEAST frequently describes you in your work.

It will not always be easy to choose! Sometimes they all describe you and sometimes none describe you. Please record your first, instinctive response and move quickly through all 24 items to complete the entire questionnaire in less than 7 minutes.
