Over the past weeks, Evelyn has provided me with numerous coaching sessions with the aim of navigating my way around some specific hurdles in my life. During these sessions Evelyn guided me through both timeline therapy and ‘cutting the ties’ exercises in a very professional manner.
We also spent time focussing on setting a series of goals to strive toward in the short, medium and long term. I found all these techniques very beneficial and was, at all times, made to feel comfortable about expressing my thoughts in a safe and confidential environment.
Throughout our time working together I have been encouraged by Evelyn’s genuine passion for aiding in others’ development, and motivated by the ‘buzz’ she gets from sharing in others’ successes. I would highly recommend Evelyn’s services to anybody seeking Life Coaching, or indeed anyone wishing to pursue a brighter outlook on their future.
